Nye produkter fra húnoghún smykke design.

húnoghún galleriet blev grundlagt i år 2002 af guldsmeden Sif Aegisdottir og hendes moder, tekstil designeren Gudrun Marinsdottir. húnoghún ( hun og hun ) er en smykkeforretning og et lille galleri. Udover at have deres egne design præsenterer de også smykker efter fire udenlandske guld- og sølvsmede.
Alle smykkerne er håndlavede af guld og sølv men også af utraditionelle materialer som heste hår, uld, glas og mere. De leverer også smykker lavet efter tegninger, specielt tegninger som er tegnet af børn.

húnoghún er en kunstnerisk smykkeforretning som er lokaliseret i Reykjavik centrum.

Børnetegninger.
Børnetegninger er spontane og sjove og de fleste forældre viser dem stolte frem. Jeg er en af de forældre. Jeg fik ideen til at lave en halskæde efter min søns tegning og det endte med at andre, også ville give et smykke lavet efter deres børns tegninger.

New products from jewelry designer húnoghún.

Húnoghún, the gallerie, was founded in the year 2002 by goldsmith Sif Aegisdottir and her mother, textile designer Gudrun Marinosdottir. húnoghún (she and she) is a jewelry store, a workshop and a little art gallerie. Apart from our own design, we present the works of four foreign gold- and silversmiths.
All jewelry is hand made from silver and gold but also from untraditional materials such as horse hair, wool, glass e.t.c.
We also make jewelry from drawings, especially children's drawings.
húnoghún is an artistic jewelry shop in the center of Reykjavik.

Children's drawings
Children's drawings are spontant and fun and most parents are proud to show them around. I am one of them parents. I got the idea to make a necklace based on my son's drawing and it wound up to other people wanting to give somebody a jewelry based on their children's drawings.

rolla is a design team of three that focuses on Icelandic wool with all its wonderful qualities; romantic, classic and multipurpose products which are great for city life as well as outdoor activities all year round.  The Icelandic sheep still grace freely on vast tracts of virgin land as they did centuries ago.  Use of chemicals and detergents is kept to an absolute minimum to ensure the preservation of natural fats.
This process leaves the Icelandic wool as warm, light and water-resistant as intended by mother nature.  That is why all our wool products are a natural choice.
